These terms explain the basic rules for using LoYar websites, workspaces, AI generation, credits, subscriptions, and related services.

You are responsible for your assets and use

Make sure uploaded assets, prompts, and generation use do not infringe third-party rights.

AI output needs human review

Model output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for direct publishing without review.

Credits and plans follow checkout rules

Pricing, usage, refunds, trials, and renewals follow in-product and checkout terms.

1. Service scope

LoYar provides AI video generation, viral cloning, asset workflows, model settings, generation tasks, and future product image workspaces.

  • Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued for security, compliance, reliability, or cost reasons.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for actions under your account and must protect your login credentials.

  • Contact support if you notice unauthorized access or abnormal credit usage.

3. Your assets and AI output

You must have the necessary rights to uploaded assets, images, videos, text, trademarks, likenesses, and product information.

  • Review generated content before download, publication, or commercial use.
  • Commercial use must comply with laws, platform rules, and third-party provider terms.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use LoYar for illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or rights-violating activity.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, system interference, or payment/credit abuse.

5. Credits, subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Generation consumes credits based on model, duration, quality, quantity, and feature rules. Checkout and product screens control plan, renewal, tax, refund, and top-up rules.

  • Submitted tasks may consume or reserve credits due to model provider costs.

6. Disclaimers and termination

LoYar is provided as available and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or specific business results.

  • We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations, abuse, payment issues, or legal risk.
