How are credits consumed?
Models, duration, aspect ratio, quality, and quantity can change the credit cost. The workspace confirmation screen is the source of truth before submission.
Why can a generation fail? Are credits charged?
Tasks may fail because of likeness, protected IP, marketplace policy, or model safety limits. Failed tasks are compensated or returned according to system records.
What happens if I exceed my monthly generation quota?
You can upgrade, buy a credit top-up, or wait for the next membership cycle to reset the quota.
Do unused credits roll over?
If your subscription stays active and renews on time, unused credits can continue into the next cycle. Final rules are shown in the account center.
Can I cancel anytime?
